Frode Hatlem

Frode Hatlem has extensive experience in sales and leadership roles, currently serving as Salgssjef at Netsecurity since February 2010. Additionally, Frode Hatlem has been a Båtfører and leader of RSRK Kristiansand, a voluntary rescue organization, since 2016. Previous positions include Salgssjef Agder at Umoe IKT, Key Account Manager at TDC, and Salgssjef at Cinet, with experience in recruiting at Techpower. A gap year involved commanding a 46-foot sailboat on an extensive journey through Europe, North Africa, and the Caribbean. Frode Hatlem holds a Høyskolekandidat degree in IKT and Administration from The Norwegian School of Information Technology.
