Kristine Stenshavn Hansen

Kristine Stenshavn Hansen currently serves as the Seksjonsleder Maritimt Personell at Redningsselskapet since March 2025 and as a Running Instructor at SATS since November 2023. Previously, Kristine held various roles at Norwegian, including Director Crew Support and Head of Region Flight Deck, overseeing significant teams and managing crew-related operations and union negotiations from 2009 to 2025. Kristine's experience also includes a tenure as Chief Operating Officer at Airwing, where responsibilities encompassed Operations and HR, along with a role as Seniorrådgiver at POLITIDIREKTORATET focusing on bargaining negotiations.
