Nick Shkarupa

Nick Shkarupa has a strong background in software engineering and integration solutions development. Nick started their career at OTP Bank as an Expert in 2012, before moving on to Viasat Ukraine as a CRM Programmer in 2013. In 2015, they joined Alfa-Bank Ukraine as a Software Engineer. Nick then worked at BMS Consulting as a Senior Integration Solutions Developer from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at elastic.io, first as a Senior Integration Engineer and later as a Senior Software Engineer. Currently, they hold a position as a Senior Software Engineer at Redocly.

Nick Shkarupa obtained a Master's degree in Economic Cybernetics from the Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Hackathon Finisher from Vodafone in March 2020, IBM Certified System Administrator - Integration Bus V9.0 from IBM in February 2017, and IBM Certified Solution Developer - Integration Bus V9.0 from IBM in December 2016.
