Brent Ufkes

Brent Ufkes is a skilled security engineer with extensive experience in application security and vulnerability management. Currently serving as a Staff Security Engineer and previously as a Senior Application Security Engineer at Redox since November 2021, Brent has implemented SAST, DAST, and SCA tooling in the software development life cycle (SDLC), managed a public bug bounty program, and enhanced vulnerability management processes. Prior experience includes working at Siemens Digital Industries Software where Brent led the incorporation of security measures in CI/CD pipelines, established security test suites, and mentored interns. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a minor in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati.
