Elif Eracar is the Chief Customer Officer at Redox. Elif has over 19 years of experience in Healthcare IT. Prior to joining Redox, Ms. Eracar served as Senior Vice President, Professional Services & Customer Support, Privacy Officer at American Well from 2007 to 2019. At American Well, Ms. Eracar was responsible for application development, QA, and customer support.

Ms. Eracar has also served as Vice President, Delivery and Support Services at Voxware from 2000 to 2007. In this role, they were responsible for professional services, application development, QA and customer support, both domestically and in Europe.
