Mary Dudareva

Mary Dudareva is a Product Manager with extensive experience in data-driven product strategies and consumer behavior management. Currently, at RedPad Games since December 2023, Mary specializes in customizing management based on business needs and user preferences. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Manager in Service Design at EPAM Systems from October 2021 to November 2023, where a customer-centric approach was emphasized. Previous roles include Product Manager at QA Supermarket, overseeing self-service acquisition by EPAM, and an Associate Product Manager at Software2Life. Mary began career as a Marketing Video Director at Wargaming.net from 2009 to 2014. Mary holds an MA in Visual and Cultural Studies from European Humanities University and a Master’s degree in Stage Direction from Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts.
