Darin Newman

Darin Newman began their career in 2017 as a Project Manager/Executive Assistant at Ensign Services. There they revitalized underperforming financial sectors within the healthcare market through opportunity recognition and systems implementation, negotiated new ventures, and provided scalable projections for future growth. Darin also led multiple project units to meet segmented group financial and satisfaction goals. In 2018, they became the Founder and Director of Enlightened Athletics, where they mentored and maintained diverse cliental through organizational partnerships and private contracts, earned and implemented credentials into the business core, and generated new business on a continuous basis with dynamic niche marketing strategies and favorable industry reputation. In 2020, they joined All Across Africa as a Business Development Manager, and in 2021 they began working at Redpanda Data as an Account Executive East and Business Development Specialist. At Redpanda, they work on modern implementations of Apache Kafka without all the operational headaches and complexities. It is fully Kafka API compatible, requires no zookeeper or JVM, 10x+ faster, and safe by default.

Darin Newman graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
