Dunith Dhanushka

Dunith Dhanushka has a wealth of experience in the software engineering industry. Dunith began their career in 2010 at DirectFN DMCC - now Global Financial Media | Mubasher as a Software Engineer, where they worked on a real-time stock market price dissemination system. In 2012, they joined ADS Inbay as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining external API layers and the enterprise application platform built for Smart TV applications. In 2013, Dunith joined WSO2, where they held various roles, including Associate Lead Solutions Engineer, Lead Solutions Engineer, and Associate Technical Lead. In 2021, Dunith joined StarTree as a Developer Advocate, and in 2022, they were promoted to Senior Developer Advocate at Redpanda Data.

Dunith Dhanushka obtained a B.Sc Special (Hons) in Information Technology from SLIIT in 2010. Prior to that, they attended Mahinda College, Galle from 1993 to 2004. Dunith also obtained a certification in Data Science Global Summit 22.2 from Geekle.us in October 2022.
