Jenny Medeiros

Jenny Medeiros has a diverse work experience in content writing and project management. Jenny began their career in 2015 as an Agile Project Manager and UX/UI Designer at inQbation. In 2016, they joined Balystic as Lead Editor, UX, and Project Manager. From 2018 to 2021, they held various roles at Armory, Modev, Adobe, Coursera, CognitionX, JMA Communications, and DataStax. Most recently, they were appointed as Head of Content at Redpanda Data. During their tenure, they have crafted engaging content, managed projects, and copyedited various eBooks.

Jenny Medeiros obtained a Multimedia Engineer degree from Universidad Autónoma de Occidente between 2009 and 2014. Jenny also obtained four additional certifications: The Psychology of Online Sales from The Interaction Design Foundation in November 2017, Social Psychology from Coursera in September 2013, Gamification from Coursera in May 2013, and Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance in December 2015.
