Senior Director, Global Customer Success at Redpanda Data

Tristan Stevens has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tristan is currently employed at Redpanda Data as the Director of Customer Success since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Customer Success Engineer at the same company from May 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining Redpanda Data, Tristan held several positions at Cloudera. From November 2020 to April 2022, they served as the Senior Director of Technology, Customer Adoption, where they established the Customer Success Engineering organization and led a team of Field Specialists. As a Principal Solutions Architect from August 2017 to November 2020, they were responsible for the PS/Product relationship and contributed to the development of the new CDP platform. Tristan also held the roles of Senior Solutions Architect and Solutions Architect, where they specialized in Big Data and Security and assisted clients with Hadoop implementations.

In addition to their tenure at Redpanda Data and Cloudera, Tristan had experience at Cathtan Consulting Ltd, where they worked as a Director/Solutions Architect from October 2011 to December 2014. Tristan also founded their own consulting firm, T Stevens Consulting Ltd, where they held the position of Enterprise/Solutions Architect from 2008 to January 2012.

Tristan Stevens attended the University of Bath from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. In addition to their university education, Tristan also received additional certifications. Tristan became a Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems, although the exact date of this certification is not provided. Tristan also obtained the Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate certification from Oracle in September 2006.
