Will Ng has extensive experience in various roles within the technology and communications industry. Will most recently served as the Director of Global Sales Operations at Redpoint Global Inc. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle as the Customer Experience (CX) Director of Business Operations, where they supported a team of salespeople and oversaw pipeline management and progression. Will also implemented strategic change management programs and incorporated machine learning and AI for pipeline progression. Before Oracle, Will held positions at TPx Communications and Cisco, where they focused on product management and marketing for SaaS communication products and Unified Communications initiatives. Will also co-founded Abella Art Services and worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Savio Lighting. Will has a strong track record of driving growth, implementing successful product launches, and improving sales procedures.

Will Ng obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1996 to 2000. Will also attended Boston Latin Academy from 1992 to 1996, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree or field of study from there. Will received a certification as a Pragmatic Marketing Certified from Pragmatic Marketing in May 2014.
