Dave Burrington has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dave started their career at Perkins & Marie Callendars, Inc. in 2003 as a Service Leader. Dave then worked at Raymour & Flanigan from 2006 to 2010, starting as a Sales Associate and later becoming a Customer Care Manager. In 2010, they joined Red Robin - Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group as a Manager and eventually became an Assistant General Manager. Dave also held positions such as Manager of Restaurant Training, Senior Manager of Learning and Development, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Business Partner. In 2013, they briefly owned their own business, Burrington's Bikes LLC.
Dave Burrington obtained an Associate's degree in Business Management from Lehigh Valley College, which they attended from 2005 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications such as the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the SHRM institution in February 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Examination from the Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group in April 2016.
