Michelle Cook Stewart has worked in the hospitality and entertainment industry since 2004. Michelle began their career as a Front Desk Representative at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ. Michelle then moved to a Customer Assurance role at the same company in 2007, where they were responsible for assisting with the service recovery program. In 2010, they joined Teavana as an Operations Team Lead, where they were responsible for opening/closing, keeping accurate sales records, creating daily/monthly store productivity reports, taking inventory and modeling/promoting a high level of customer service. Michelle also joined SugarHouse Casino as a Buyer, where they were part of the pre-opening team bringing the first casino to Philadelphia, PA. In this role they assisted in developing procurement processes, implementing a new procurement software, creating and executing a training plan for all users of the new system, and facilitating and analyzing the supplier diversity program. Michelle also joined REVEL Entertainment as a Purchasing Specialist, where they were part of the pre-opening team of a $2.4 billion Resort Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. In this role they assisted in implementing new systems, developing vendor relationships and product selection. In 2018, Michelle joined Edmunds GovTech as a Project Manager and in 2013 they joined RedRock Software as Director of Sales Marketing/Project Lead.

Michelle Cook Stewart attended Rowan University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Music degree. In 2021, they obtained an ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training Certificate from ESET North America.
