Mark Lee has worked in the sales and category management industry since 2001. Mark began their career at Unilever, where they held the roles of Sales Analyst and Customer Service Analyst. In 2004, they joined Mars Petcare as a Customer Operations and Planning Manager, Category Leadership Manager - Wal-Mart & Sam's Club (Category Advisor), and Sr. Sales Analyst. In 2011, they moved to SC Johnson, where they were a Consumer and Trade Solutions Manager (Category Advisor). In 2013, they returned to Mars Petcare as a Sr. Category Leadership Manager - eCommerce Pure Play, Sales Planning and Operations Manager, and Category Leadership Manager - Pet Specialty. In 2017, they joined PepsiCo as a Senior Category Advisor - Strategy and Business Intelligence - Dollar General Team. In 2019, they moved to Universal Lighting Technologies, Inc. (Panasonic) as a Director of Sales Forecasting and Business Planning. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Red's All Natural as the Director of Forecasting and Category Management and Director of Forecasting & Sales Operations.

Mark Lee received their B.S. in Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee between 1996 and 2001. Mark then went on to pursue their M.B.A. in Strategic Retail Alliances from the University of Arkansas between 2004 and 2006.
