Jennifer Lail

Jennifer Lail has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles. Jennifer started their career at BI-LO in 2014 as a Cashier and later became a Bookkeeper, managing cashiers and customer service. As a Registered Pharmacy Technician at BI-LO, they assisted with pharmacy operations and managed prescriptions.

In 2018, Jennifer joined Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System as a Clinical Research Intern, where they assisted with a Breast Cancer Treatment Clinical Trial. Jennifer was responsible for patient recruitment and reviewing FDA protocols.

Jennifer then joined CVS Pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacy Technician, where they facilitated day-to-day pharmacy operations, assisted customers, and filled prescriptions. Jennifer also provided conflict resolution and achieved a high customer approval rating.

Currently, they work at RedSail Technologies, LLC as a Software Test Engineer. Jennifer has been involved in testing multiple pharmacy products, including SharpRx and Axys. Jennifer developed and executed UI manual test cases and expanded regression testing.

Jennifer Lail's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Gaffney High School and obtained their diploma in 2015. Jennifer then enrolled at Converse University from 2015 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Healthcare Administration and Mathematics. Continuing their education, Jennifer attended Limestone University from 2021 to 2023, where they pursued a Master's of Science in Health Informatics and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
