Monica Gaffney started their work experience in 2005 as a Helpdesk/Customer Service Representative at LESCO Restorations, Inc. Monica worked there until February 2012. In November 2010, Monica became an Administrative Assistant to the Regional Sales Representative at Super Bakery Inc until May 2012. Monica then joined RedSail Technologies, LLC in May 2012 as a Customer Service Specialist. In the same year, Monica also started working at QS/1 as a Network Specialist. Additionally, they had a short-term internship at Greenville Road Warriors in August and September 2011.

Monica Gaffney attended Spartanburg Community College from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained an AAS degree in Computer Technology. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a BA degree in Web Development at ECPI University.
