Suzette DeGrazia

Suzette DeGrazia has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership positions in the healthcare and technology industries. Suzette is currently the Vice President of Customer Success at RedSail Technologies, LLC. Previously, they worked as the VP of Client Delivery at Benefitfocus, where they led delivery efforts for the Commercial Business Unit. Before that, they served as the Director of Product Management at CONNECTURE, where they redesigned and created a next-generation delivery methodology. Suzette also worked as the Senior Vice President of Client Solutions at Eye Care Leaders, responsible for creating and executing a strategic client value strategy. Prior to that, they were the SVP of Customer Care at CoCENTRIX and held multiple vice president roles at Allscripts, overseeing professional services and care management services. Suzette started their career as the Director of Strategic Accounts at McKesson Health Solutions. Throughout their career, Suzette has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on delivering best practice solutions and customer satisfaction.

Suzette DeGrazia completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Computer Science from St. Norbert College, where they studied from 1980 to 1984.
