Hermien de Lange

Hermien De Lange serves as Chief Operations Officer and Head Of Human Capital at Redshift Cyber Security (Pty) Ltd since April 2020, bringing expertise in client relationship management, project management, and strategic human resource management, along with compliance knowledge in ISO 27001:2013 and BBBEE. Prior to this role, Hermien was an HR Consultant at HR Consult, providing HR and industrial relations services to small businesses. Work history includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Document Excellence (Pty) Ltd, where Hermien received awards for outstanding performance, and as HR Generalist at MetteQ Holdings (Pty) Ltd, where a fully operational HR department was established.
