Jason Ochart currently serves as the Director of Hitting Development and Program Design for the Boston Red Sox since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jason held various positions in baseball, including Special Assistant and Director of Hitting at Driveline Baseball Enterprises, Inc., where Jason initiated the Driveline Hitting Department aimed at developing a data-driven program for player development. Jason also worked as the Minor League Hitting Coordinator for the Philadelphia Phillies from December 2018 to November 2022 and served as Assistant Baseball Coach for hitting, outfield, and strength and conditioning at Menlo College from August 2013 to August 2016. Jason holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology from Vanguard University of Southern California.
