Brigham Mayer

Brigham Mayer serves as the Vice President of Construction at Redstone. The role of the construction department is to take the burden of a capex project off the shoulders of operations. He run lead on narrowing down the scope of work, bidding it to vendors, awarding the contract, setting a production schedule, procuring materials and overseeing production until finished. On the new developments he represent the owners interests and act as their fiduciary throughout the construction process. Brigham has a proven track record in the multi family industry for both new construction, renovations and expansion. His career started building tax credit housing in California then high end custom homes in Park City. He spent a number of years renovating private residences throughout the Salt Lake valley. Before coming to Redstone he was a Sr. Project Manager at Utah Property Management Associates in Salt Lake a few notable projects he ran lead on included the Brigham Apartments, Eagle Gate Apartments, City Creek Landing, West Temple Apartments, Garden Apartments, Deseret Apartments, Colonial Court and Riviera Apartments. He is a licensed General Contractor in Utah and California. He has passed the commercial building inspectors exam. He appreciates good food and going on cruises.
