Kyle Hinton

Kyle Hinton is an accomplished facilities management professional with extensive experience in leading and overseeing operations in diverse environments. Currently serving as the National Director of Facilities at Redstone Residential since May 2022, Kyle leads a team of 230 in the development of multifamily and student housing facilities while implementing comprehensive facilities performance metrics. Prior roles include Director of Facilities at Lincoln University with Sodexo, where Kyle managed facilities services at a historically black university, and Facilities Project Manager at Conrac Solutions, where Kyle facilitated vendor procurement and contract management. Additionally, leadership was demonstrated at CenturyLink, managing a 900,000 square foot real estate portfolio, and early career experiences included various internships that contributed to a solid foundation in facilities and project management. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Facility and Property Management from Brigham Young University.
