Matt Lancaster has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support. Matt started their career in 2015 as an IT Support Technician at Computacenter, where they worked at Credit Suisse in London during the summertime between college and university. In 2016, they continued their work as an IT Support Technician at Computacenter, this time at Transport for London, during the summertime between their first and second year at university. In 2017, Matt worked as an IT Moves Technician at Business Service Group, where they carried out weekend moves of IT equipment in client offices, primarily during the summertime. In 2018, they joined Fourfront Group as an IT Support Technician before transitioning to their current role as a Technical Support Consultant at Redstor in 2019.
Matt Lancaster attended Birmingham City University from 2015 to 2018. Matt graduated with a degree in Computer Games Technology BSc (Hons) and focused their studies on computer programming.
