Derik Wever

Derik Wever is the Vice President of Construction at redT Homes since January 2024. Prior to this, he worked at Richmond American Homes as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple communities and managing employees. In his previous roles as Senior Construction Manager, Senior Superintendent, and Superintendent, he managed various housing projects and ensured quality construction. Derik has a background in aviation and aerospace, having served in the United States Marine Corps as an AV-8B Airframes/Hydraulic Instructor Evaluator. He holds a Master's degree in Project Management from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Aviation and Aerospace Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
