Andrii Vertseshuk

Andrii Vertseshuk has worked in a variety of positions since 2007. In 2007, they served as Chairman of the Students' Labor Union Committee in Lutsk National Technological University. From 2008 to 2009, they were a Design Engineer at Bogdan Corporation, where they developed pneumatic and hydraulic options for buses and supported new design production. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Software Engineer at Ukrposhta, where they developed VBA macros for office usage, administered Servers and server software, and supported users in the Volyn region. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at SKF, first as a Six Sigma Project Manager (Black Belt), where they closed three projects with 0.2 million Euro of total savings and provided automation and analysis support for different departments, and then as a Tool Design Engineer, where they developed automatic models, created tools documentation based on final product parameters, and coached and trained four tool designers. Finally, from 2015 to 2020, they worked at Modern-Expo Group, where they held the positions of Deputy Chief Commercial Officer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer, Chief Operational Excellence Officer, Operational Excellence Deployment Champion, and Lead Design Engineer. In their role as Lead Design Engineer, they were responsible for the development of POS equipment and the implementation of a project management approach. In 2020, they began working at Redtag as Consulting Director and Salesforce Consultant.

Andrii Vertseshuk received their Master of Engineering - MEng in Engineering from Lutsk National Technical University between 2003 and 2008. Andrii then went on to receive their Master of Economics in Banking and Financial Support Services from Interregional Academy of Personnel Management between 2008 and 2010. Andrii also attended Gymnasium #21 from 1993 to 2003. In addition, Andrii Vertseshuk has obtained a number of certifications, including Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (2022), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (2020), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (2020), Salesforce Certified Administrator (2020), Trailhead Achievements (2018), Design: Creation of Artifacts in Society (2015), SKF Six Sigma Black Belt (2015), R Programming (2015), The Data Scientist’s Toolbox (2015), Introduction to channel concept, Standard cost and Performance standard (2014), Introduction to Giving Feedback (2014), Energy Management Systems Internal Auditor Training Course (2013), Manage, Lead and Coach e-learning (2013), SKF Training Skills (2011), and Informix Dynamic Server on Linux platform (2010).
