Andy West

Andy West has been in the customer service and customer experience industry for over 20 years. Andy has held various leadership positions during that time, including their current role as Chief Operations Manager at RedTeam.

West began their career at Sage in March 2013 as Vice President, Global Customer Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading the global transformation of a business that had grown through acquisitions with little integration. Andy consolidated organizational operating models, systems, and processes by providing global strategy and leadership for a Customer Services team of 2500+ that supported 3M active customers in 16+ countries across the telephony, chat, digital, and social channels.

Some of West's key accomplishments during their time at Sage include reducing the overall cost of services significantly through the implementation of efficiency and cost containment operating models, and introducing channel, process, and technology improvements. Andy also improved employee net promoter scores (eNPS) substantially with key initiatives such as overhauling colleague tech stacks, building standard career frameworks, and introducing high potential mentoring programs.

In October 2020, West left Sage to join The Northridge Group as a Sr. Consultant, Customer Experience (CX) & Contact Center. In this role, they provided leadership, expertise and industry insights to clients who wanted to enhance their Customer Experience (CX) strategy and drive toward best in class performance in quality, effectiveness and efficiency. Andy completed comprehensive operational and process assessments focused on people, process, workforce management and/or technology solution deployments.

West is currently Chief Operations Manager at RedTeam. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company's operations team and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Andy West attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where they earned their MBA in High Technology Management. Andy also holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a BBA in Finance from the same school. Andy is a graduate of Northwestern HS.

A direct report to Andy West is and Alisica Ramesar - Operations Manager. Andy West works with Eduardo Loayza - Chief Product Officer, Brian Kuhle - Vice President of Sales. Their manager is Jim Atkinson, Chief Executive Officer.
