Carlos Avalos Ruiz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Carlos started their career as a Professor at UNAP from 1999 to 2013, teaching Software Engineering. During their time at UNAP, they also served as the Executive Director of Implementation and Institutional Management Web Portal from 2005 to 2008.

From 2009 to 2013, Carlos worked at Fasscorp as a Corporate Consultant in Information Technologies and Communications. Their responsibilities included designing enterprise computing solutions and leading information technology and communications projects.

In 2010, they joined PUCP as a Professor Universitary, where they taught until 2013.

In 2012, Carlos worked at Webconection as an IT Project Manager, where they managed the implementation of a project management module for special trucks of 48Tons for the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Peru.

From 2013 to 2014, they were a student at Santa Ana College.

Since 2014, Carlos has been working at RedTeam Software, first as a Product Manager and then as a Software Project Manager. RedTeam is a project management and accounting solution for commercial construction. Carlos plays a crucial role in managing all aspects of the company, including business development, preconstruction, project management, equipment management, scheduling, and accounting.

Carlos Avalos Ruiz completed a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC™) from CertiProf in April 2022.
