Simon Dowe

Simon Dowe has extensive experience in leadership roles in various organizations. Simon is currently serving as the Interim Chief Operations Officer at Redthread. Prior to this, Simon Dowe worked as the Director at Simon Dowe Associates, where they addressed the challenges faced by the third sector due to budget cuts in the public sector. Simon also held the position of Director of Income Generation at Age UK West Sussex, Brighton & Hove and served as the Senior Project Manager at the same organization. Simon Dowe has also worked as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Age UK Wiltshire, Interim Chief Executive Officer at Sussex Archaeological Society, and Interim CEO at AGE UK HORSHAM DISTRICT and Age UK Brighton & Hove. Simon served as the CEO of The Sussex Beacon, where they were responsible for the strategic development of the organization. Additionally, Simon Dowe worked as the Project Development Manager at Spinning Top Foundation and Assistant Director at Children on the Edge.

Simon Dowe pursued their education in a chronological manner. Simon attended The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a B'ed hons degree in Drama and Spoken Language. Later, from 2004 to 2006, Simon studied at Bath University, where they obtained an Msc degree in Responsibility and Business Practice.
