Tyler Martin

Tyler Martin has worked in the field of youth intervention for over 5 years. Tyler started their career as a consultant with CONNECTFUTURES LTD, where they provided training and workshops on topics such as inclusion, extremism, gang or sexual exploitation and community engagement. Tyler then became the Regional Inclusion and Outreach Manager for The Challenge, where they managed a team of Outreach Associates and helped to engage vulnerable young people in the National Citizen Service programme across the UK. In their current role as Senior Youth Intervention Practitioner at Redthread, Tyler works to increase accessibility to young people and communities through open discussion by creating safe spaces.

Tyler Martin completed an Outdoor Education degree at Solent University.
