JJ Francis, MCR, is an experienced facilities and real estate professional currently serving as Head of Facilities & Workplace Services at Redwire Space since May 2024. Previously, JJ held the position of Vice President - Head of Global Real Estate at CommScope, managing a portfolio spanning 52 countries and over 10 million square feet, focusing on leasing, strategic planning, workplace experience, and project delivery. Prior roles include Director of Corporate Real Estate Operations at TIAA, where facilitative programs and scalable maintenance were implemented, and Senior Manager of Corporate Facilities, overseeing design and construction. JJ has also served as a Reserve Patrol Deputy for the Larimer County Sheriff's Office and as Operations Manager at ICG Communications, leading a team of technicians for enterprise-level installations. Early military service included equipment operation in the US Navy Reserve. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from Colorado State University and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
