Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson has a strong background in underwriting and credit risk management. Sarah started their career in 2003 at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where they worked as a Credit Risk Manager until 2016. Sarah then joined Esme Loans in 2017 as an Underwriter, and later progressed to the role of Senior Underwriter from 2018 to 2022. In 2021, Sarah joined Coutts as a Manager in the Private Banking Credit Risk Sanctioning Team. Currently, they are working as the Head of Underwriting at Redwood Bank (Limited) since 2022.

Sarah Johnson attended Southgate School from 1987 to 1994, where they completed their A levels. After that, they enrolled at Birkbeck, University of London from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Economics. In 2016, Sarah obtained an Advanced Diploma in Lending Skills from The Chartered Banker Institute.
