Jacob Barton

Jacob joined Redwood Capital Group in 2021 and is responsible for supporting the team’s objectives of driving asset value and maximizing investor returns.

Prior to joining Redwood, Mr. Barton spent 3 years at The Scion Group as an associate working in Investment Management and Asset Management roles where he focused on executing asset level strategy as well as investor reporting. Jacob also spent 4 years at Heitman as a portfolio accountant and an Associate of Financial Operations & Analysis where he supported the Asset Management team through the budget process and fund level reporting.

Jacob earned a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Organizational Communication at Butler University.
