Kristina Grants

Kristina Grants is the current Director at Redwood Capital. Kristina has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked as an Asset Manager, Financial Analyst, Transactions Manager, and Compliance Associate.

Kristina started their career in 2004 as a Compliance Associate with James Egan & Associates. In 2006, they transitioned to LaSalle Investment Management where they spent two years as a Financial Analyst. In 2009, Kristina moved to The Scion Group where they spent two and a half years as an Asset Manager. In 2011, they left The Scion Group to become a Transactions Manager with Inland American. Kristina spent three and a half years with Inland American before taking their current position as Director at Redwood Capital in 2014.

Kristina Grants attended Illinois State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.

Kristina Grants reports to Tammy Kelly, Managing Director & Head of Asset Management. Kristina Grants works with Lindsey Young - AVP, John Jachna - Vice President, and Jacob Barton - Analyst.
