Mireya Flores

Mireya Flores has a work experience of over 15 years. Mireya started working at JCPenney in 2004 as a Catalog Sales Associate and later became a Team Lead. Their responsibilities included ensuring excellent customer service, building catalog sales, and handling customer complaints. In 2011, they joined Redwood Credit Union as part of the Branch Operations team. Mireya provided exceptional member service, efficiently cross-sold products and services, and achieved a high score in value-added products.

Mireya Flores completed their education at various institutions. Mireya first attended Mendocino College from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in General Studies. In 2008, they continued their education at Mendocino College and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration, concluding their studies in 2009.

Following this, Mireya Flores enrolled at Sonoma State University in 2009 and graduated in 2011, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.B.A.) with a focus on Management. During their time at Sonoma State University, they also completed the Human Resource Management Certificate Program in 2011.

Mireya Flores obtained several additional certifications after completing their formal education. In 2012, they became a Notary Public of the State of California through the State of California, Secretary of State National Notary Association. Additionally, in the same year, they received the Community Heart Award from Redwood Credit Union for their notable accomplishments.
