Redwood Credit Union (RCU) is a full-service financial cooperative, assisting consumers and small business owners with achieving their financial goals and dreams since 1950. Unlike financial institutions whose purpose is to create profit for stockholders, RCU is a financial cooperative which means their focus is simply to serve the Members who participate in their cooperative.

The current executive team at Redwood Credit Union has a wide range of experience in many different industries. Many of the members have worked in IT or software development, while others have experience in finance, project management, human resources, or psychology. All of the members have at least a bachelor's degree, and several have pursued further education with master's degrees or executive programs.
