Arnold Icasiano

Arnold Icasiano is an experienced professional in admissions, event management, and educational services. Currently serving as an Admissions Associate at Redwood Day since November 2024, Arnold previously held the position of Events Program Manager at Farming Hope for one year. From July 2019 to June 2023, Arnold worked at Dandelion Chocolate, initially as Chocolate Experiences Lead and Educator, and later contributing to the e-commerce department as Assistant Fulfillment Manager and Fulfillment Assistant during the pandemic. Prior experience includes roles at California College of the Arts, serving as Director and Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions from 2010 to 2018, where Arnold focused on customer engagement and team training. At Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Arnold was instrumental in student recruitment as Associate Director of Admissions from 2004 to 2009. Arnold holds a Master of Fine Arts in Visual Studies from SUNY Brockport and two Bachelor’s degrees in Studio Art and Communication Arts from the University of West Florida.
