Rockson Gurung is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in program management, talent acquisition, entrepreneurship, and travel consultancy. Currently serving as a Sr. Program Associate at Redwood Edutours since January 2024, Rockson previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at KAFQA, where responsibilities included coordinating staffing needs, developing recruiting strategies, and conducting interviews. Prior to that role, Rockson was the Owner and Operator of Magic SPA, successfully creating a user-friendly virtual platform and running targeted advertising campaigns. Rockson also has extensive experience as a Travel Consultant at MyHappyJourney, where services included planning and booking comprehensive tour packages while conducting in-depth research on travel-related factors.

Redwood Edutours was started by Aditya Gandhi (alumnus of IIT Bombay), and Priya Gandhi, (alumnus of IIM Kozhikode), with an aim to use travel and experiential learning towards building a better education system, one that instills a deeper understanding of people, places, and cultures in tomorrow’s leaders, helping create a more conscious and socially responsible society. Redwood partners with schools, colleges, and universities of repute to create tailor-made programs for their students. Today, the company operates these across 25 hubs in India and 15 countries worldwide.
