Andrew Goodwater is an experienced leader in maintenance and operations with a comprehensive background in various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at Redwood Materials since July 2020, Andrew has also held positions as Senior Maintenance Manager and Operations Manager at the same company, focusing on building skilled teams and advancing sustainability in battery material production. Prior experience includes roles as Technical Consultant and General Manager at Protocast JLC, Maintenance & Facilities Manager at Seacast, and Electronics and Maintenance Technician at Chromalloy Nevada, where Andrew managed extensive troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. With a solid educational foundation including an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and degrees in Electronics and Integrative Biology, Andrew combines technical expertise with operational excellence.
