Jason Thompson

Jason spent the past four years as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Treasurer for Valvoline, where he also led investor relations and enterprise risk management. Prior to that Jason spent six years with Ashland, a global specialty chemical manufacturer, where he led the process of separating Valvoline and Ashland into two independent companies and the subsequent initial public offering of Valvoline. Jason served in the United States Navy and worked at the National Security Agency as a language and intelligence analyst.
