Josh Wiltse

Josh Wiltse has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and production engineering field. Josh currently works at Redwood Materials, where they started as a Manufacturing Engineer in August 2021. Josh then progressed to become a Production Engineering Manager in April 2022 and currently holds the position of Director of Production Engineering since December 2023. Prior to their time at Redwood Materials, Josh worked at Hamilton Company from August 2011 to August 2021. Josh held the roles of Manufacturing Engineer and later became the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Before joining Hamilton Company, Josh worked at Chromalloy Nevada as a Project Engineer and Production Supervisor from June 2008 to August 2011.

Josh Wiltse earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2008. Josh then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same university, which they completed in 2014.
