Alison O'Donnell

Alison O'Donnell has over 30 years of experience in technical writing and management roles. Alison started their career at Retix in 1991 as a Technical Writer and then moved on to Advanced Computer Communications/Ericsson Datacom, where they served as the Manager of Technical Publications and later as the Director of Engineering Services. In 2010, they joined Hitec (Laboratories) Ltd as a Technical Author. From 2015 to 2020, Alison worked at Redwood Technologies as a Technical Writer and then as a Senior Technical Writer. Alison also assumed the role of Technical Writing Manager at Redwood Technologies and Content Guru in 2020. During their career, Alison has been responsible for designing and writing installation guides, updating software manuals, and managing various technical writing projects.

Alison O'Donnell holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Information Systems Engineering from the University of Surrey. The specific years of enrollment are not provided.
