Dontavious Gaston

Dontavious Gaston has a comprehensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dontavious most recently worked at Redzone as an Operational Excellence Coach. Before that, they were an Industrial Engineering Manager at Dollar General. Prior to that, Dontavious worked as an Industrial Engineer II at Bausch + Lomb, where they implemented and managed a Workforce Labor Management System and drove continuous improvement initiatives. Dontavious also worked at Novelis as a Quality Engineer (Contract), where they provided problem-solving training and coaching, deployed an SPC software, and created a training curriculum for Quality Assurance knowledge. Dontavious Gaston holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, which they obtained from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Dontavious attended the university from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Dontavious also obtained two certifications. In March 2014, they completed the Human Subject Research certification from the Department of Health & Human Services Citi Program. Dontavious also obtained the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in the same month and year.
