Jean-Pierre Chalhoub

Jean-Pierre Chalhoub has a strong background in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and project management across various industries. Jean-Pierre is currently working at QAD Redzone as a Solutions Consultant, where they build and maintains client relationships, provides consultative guidance, and ensures high levels of client satisfaction. Prior to this role, they worked as an Operational Excellence Coach at QAD Redzone, where they led cross-functional teams, coached management at all levels, and drove continuous improvement to achieve bottom line savings.

Before joining QAD Redzone, Jean-Pierre worked as a Continuous Improvement Project Manager at Agropur, where they strategically developed and implemented continuous improvement programs across multiple sites. Jean-Pierre also led the deployment of Integrated Work Systems at the largest facility in Canada, acting as a change agent and center of excellence.

Jean-Pierre's previous experience includes working as a Quality and Continuous Improvement Engineer at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they managed quality systems and coached the workforce in the implementation of World Class Manufacturing tools. Jean-Pierre also worked as a Pre-Sales Application Engineer at Javelin Technologies, providing technical support and training for SolidWorks software products.

Additionally, Jean-Pierre served as a member of the board of directors at SWITCH Ontario and worked as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Automation and Controls. Throughout their career, they have received recognition for their achievements, including the Pre-Sales Applications Engineer of the year award for developing new business.

Jean-Pierre Chalhoub's education history is as follows:

From 2013 to 2014, they attended Queen's University and obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Collaborative Masters of Applied Sustainability.

From 2007 to 2012, they studied at Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET ACCREDITED PROGRAM.

In 2020 and 2021, they pursued a Professional and Personal Coach Certification at Concordia University.

In addition to their formal education, Jean-Pierre Chalhoub has obtained several certifications. Jean-Pierre became a Professional Engineer, certified by the Professional Engineers Ontario, in December 2018. Jean-Pierre also holds various certifications related to SolidWorks, including Certified SolidWorks Instructor- Mechanical Design, CSWPA-DT Certified SolidWorks Professional- Advanced Drawing Tools, CSWA-SD Certified Sustainable Design Associate, CSWS-SD Certified Specialist- Composer, CSWS-TMD Certified Specialist-Training Mechanical Design 2015, and CSWS-MD15 Certified Specialist- Mechanical Design 2015. Jean-Pierre obtained these certifications from institutions such as Dassault Systèmes and SolidWorks Authorized Training Centre.

Furthermore, Jean-Pierre Chalhoub is a Certified SolidWorks Presentation Professional and a Certified SolidWorks Professional, certified by Dassault Systèmes. Jean-Pierre also holds a LEED Green Associate certification from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
