Steven Martin II

Steven Martin II has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an Operational Excellence Coach at QAD Redzone. Prior to this, they worked at Emerson, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Production Manager, Production Manager, and Value Stream Manager. During their time at Emerson, they were responsible for various aspects of production and project execution, resulting in significant sales and improved customer satisfaction. Before joining Emerson, Steven worked at PepsiCo as a GES Warehouse Manager, overseeing the efficiency and throughput of a warehouse serving the southeastern Texas and Louisiana market. Steven also led a team of over 90 direct reports and developed training guidelines for onboarding and roll-out initiatives. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Operations Intern at PepsiCo and as a Product Management Intern at First Data Corporation.

Steven Martin II completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering/Industrial Management with a minor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. Steven attended the university from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their general education at Christian Brothers College High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Steven Martin II has obtained certifications as a Redzone Certified Frontline Leader and a Redzone Certified Frontline Operator from QAD Redzone in February and March of 2023, respectively.
