Steven McGinnis

Steven McGinnis has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Steven started their career in the U.S. Army as a Specialist from 1994 to 1998. Steven then worked at Gerber Products Company and held various roles, including Production Associate, Group Lead - Material Handling, and Shift Leader-Aseptic Business Unit. From 2007 to 2012, they worked at Nestlé Nutrition North America (Gerber) as an Industrial Engineer and later as a Business Unit Supervisor. At Nestlé Nutrition North America (Gerber), they also served as an Operations Performance Manager and a Business Unit Manager - Meals and Drinks, responsible for overseeing processing, filling, and packaging lines, as well as training and mentoring supervisors and associates. From 2012 to 2023, they worked at Pernod Ricard as a Bottling Manager and a Processing Manager. Currently, they are working at QAD Redzone as an Operation Excellence Coach, where they utilize their deep domain knowledge in the Food & Beverage sector to lead Redzone deployments, deliver lasting bottom line savings, and drive continuous improvement within customer plant teams.

Steven McGinnis has a bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University, which they obtained between the years 2008 and 2010. Steven also holds an associate's degree in General Studies from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, which they acquired from 1992 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Steven has obtained certifications such as the White Belt from Nestlé in August 2011, as well as the Redzone Certified Frontline Leader and Redzone Certified Frontline Operator certifications from QAD Redzone, both obtained in June 2023.
