Lloyd Wilson

Lloyd Wilson is an experienced professional in learning solutions and instructional design, currently serving as the Learning Solutions Lead at Reece Group since February 2011. In this role, Lloyd leads the design and implementation of learning products to enhance the experience of over 6,500 employees across Australia and New Zealand, leveraging data-driven insights to address business challenges. Previous positions at Reece Group include Learning Architect, Learning Services Team Leader, Learning Solutions Designer, Instructional Design Coordinator, and Instructional Designer, with a focus on digital and instructor-led learning content. Prior to Reece Group, Lloyd was a Training Administrator at Murray Mallee Training Company and an Administration Officer at Mia Mia Gallery. Lloyd holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from the Australian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Business & Commerce from Monash University.
