Michele S.

Michele S. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in special education and autism advocacy. Currently serving as a paraprofessional at Reece School since July 2021, Michele is also the founder and executive director of Spectrum Warriors, an organization focused on providing non-judgmental support to the autistic community. Additional roles include autism consultant and advocate, facilitating training sessions for daycare and school staff, and acting as an IEP team member for the NYC Department of Education, ensuring meaningful IEPs for special education students.
