Holly Smith

As Chief Legal Officer, Holly provides legal support and guidance to their agents, their managers, and various business units and subsidiaries including brokerage, title, and escrow, commercial and franchise operations. Her daily routine ranges from answering agent questions to assisting them and their clients through the transaction when needed, visiting with their agents during onsite sales meetings, reviewing vendor contracts for state of the art technology, leases, and staying abreast of the many rules and regulations facing their industry.

She has been in the real estate legal field since 2007. Prior to joining ReeceNichols, Holly worked as a Supervising Attorney for SouthLaw, P.C. in the Loss Mitigation Department and at Nations Default Services supporting a nationwide network of creditor’s rights attorneys. She attended the University of Kansas School of Law and quickly fell in love with the Kansas City area. She's a Colorado native and also loves calling the mountains her “home!” Holly enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter in her spare time.
