Christine Cogbill Noonan

Christine Cogbill Noonan is an experienced attorney currently working at Reed Smith LLP since August 2019, specializing in administrative and legislative practices, including drafting legislation, implementing legislative strategies, and lobbying in Virginia. Previously, Christine served as Staff Attorney for the Virginia Division of Legislative Services from October 2016 to August 2019, where counsel was provided to the House and Senate Committees on Commerce, Labor, and Transportation.
