Lynn Laguardia

Lynn LaGuardia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal recruiting and human resources. Since 2003, Lynn has served as Senior Manager of Legal Recruiting and Human Resources at Reed Smith, overseeing attorney recruitment, managing the Summer Associate and Fall OCI Programs, and leading HR strategy for Southern California offices. Prior to this role, Lynn held the position of Regional Operations Director at Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young from 1997 to 2003, where responsibilities included managing operations for 25 offices and a large team of consultants and administrative staff. Additionally, from 1991 to 1997, Lynn worked as a Manager at KPMG, supervising a team of 75 professionals and determining criteria for various positions. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
