Marilyn Moberg

Marilyn Moberg has a distinguished legal career with extensive experience in litigation and public service. Currently, Moberg serves as a Partner at Reed Smith LLP, where representation in a significant billion-dollar False Claims Act case for HCR ManorCare has been a notable achievement. Previously, Moberg worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Alameda County District Attorneys Office, leading numerous jury and bench trials. An early career role included serving as an Extern to the Hon. Stanley Mosk at the California Supreme Court, involving the review of briefs and the preparation of bench memoranda. Moberg holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of California, San Diego, and Lewis & Clark College, with a focus on Communication and Media Studies.
